Automotive Dealer Workshop & Aftersales Platform (BYOC)
CASK is an enterprise, multi-tenant platform that runs the workshop and aftersales business of automotive OEMs and their authorised dealer networks, from the first appointment to the final invoice, inside the customer's own cloud.
CASK covers the full aftersales operation, including appointments, service orders and job cards, parts and warehouse, warranty, GST invoicing and payments, customer communications, reporting and administration. The complete list of modules is available on the product page.
PlinthosLab CONNECTED-CONTEXT is our second product, currently in design with early partners. It connects manufacturing data from the shop-floor controller through to product lifecycle management, so that governed AI agents can work across the whole chain.

With Bring Your Own Cloud, CASK is deployed entirely inside your AWS account, so data residency, network control and encryption keys remain with you. If you prefer, we can operate CASK for you as a managed service.
CASK is a published AWS Marketplace product. Enterprise agreements are arranged as private offers, billed through your AWS account and counted towards your AWS spend commitments. A companion professional-services listing covers deployment and onboarding.

We demonstrate performance and recovery live rather than presenting them on a slide.
Every deployment includes runbooks, documentation and knowledge-transfer sessions, so that your team becomes self-sufficient. Because CASK uses a mainstream technology stack and its infrastructure is defined as code, any capable engineering team can operate or extend it.
