Personal information we collect

When you visit plinthoslab.com, we automatically collect certain information about your device — including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse the site, we also collect information about the pages you view, the website or search terms that referred you, and how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

You can visit the website without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which you could be identified as a specific individual. If you choose not to provide your personal data, you may not be able to use some of the website's features — for example, you won't be able to contact us directly through the form. If you are uncertain about what information is required, you are welcome to contact us at privacy@plinthoslab.com.

Cookies

The Site currently uses only essential cookies necessary for basic operation. We do not set analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce optional cookies in future, we will request your consent through a cookie banner before any non-essential cookies are placed on your device.

Why we process your data

Customer data security is our top priority. We process only minimal user data — only as much as is absolutely necessary to maintain the website and respond to you.

Legal basis & consent

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

If you are a European resident, you have the following rights related to your personal data:

If you are a resident of India, you hold equivalent rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — including the right to access, correction, and erasure of your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.

If you are a European resident, we note that we process your information to respond to your enquiries and to pursue our legitimate business interests. Please also note that your information may be transferred to and stored in locations outside of your country, including India where we are based.

Information security

We secure the information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorised access, use, modification, and disclosure of personal data in our control and custody. However, no transmission of data over the Internet or a wireless network can be guaranteed.

Legal disclosure

We will disclose any information we collect, use, or receive if required or permitted by law — such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.
