Intellectual property & license

Unless otherwise stated, PlinthosLab and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for material published on the Site. All rights are reserved.

You may access and view the Site for your own personal and non-commercial information purposes, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or republish material from the Site;
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site;
• Redistribute content from the Site;
• Use any PlinthosLab name, logo, or other brand asset without a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract content from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt;
• Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Site;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access any non-public portion of the Site;

Cookies

The Site currently uses only essential cookies necessary for basic operation (for example, session management). We do not currently set analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce optional cookies in future, we will request your consent through a cookie banner on the Site at that time, and update these Terms accordingly.

Privacy

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you also agree to that Privacy Policy.

Hyperlinking to our content

Other websites may link to the home page, our contact page, or any of our publicly available pages, provided the link:

• Is not in any way deceptive;
• Does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party or its products and services;

Use of the PlinthosLab name, logo, or other brand assets in any link, or framing/embedding of the Site, requires a separate written agreement. You may request the removal of any link to the Site by contacting us; we will consider such requests but are not obligated to act on them.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control or endorse those third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

Governing law & jurisdiction

Governing Law. These Terms, and all related obligations (whether contractual or non-contractual), are governed by the laws of India.

Amicable Settlement. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual, good-faith consultations.

Jurisdiction & Arbitration. If unresolved, any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be Pune, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Subject to the foregoing arbitration provision, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PlinthosLab regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
