Flagship product · Automotive Dealer Workshop & Aftersales Platform (BYOC)
CASK is an enterprise, multi-tenant workshop and aftersales platform for automotive OEMs and their authorised dealer networks. It manages every step from the first appointment to the final invoice, continues working when the systems around it fail, and connects to the outside world through a single governed Integration Hub. AI supports your people throughout, but every change to a business record is made by a person.
The modules
Every module listed below is available in the product today, and any module still being rolled out is clearly marked. Modules are enabled for each dealer individually, and users see only the modules that their dealer has enabled and their role permits.
The daily application for every operational role, from the booking desk to the security gate.
Customers are booked into real workshop capacity by day and by bay, taking advisor and technician availability into account. Customers can book through a link and confirm with a one-time code, and the database itself prevents a full slot from being double-booked.
Each visit has a single record from arrival to invoice, and the technician’s job card is simply their view of that record. Labour and parts are priced from the catalogue, and a quotation is a stage of the same order, so nothing has to be entered twice.
Advisors send an estimate before work begins and a revised estimate if further work is found. Customers approve each line individually from their phone, including any additional work that a technician reports from the workshop floor.
A plan board allocates bays and technicians, a daily board guides the workshop floor, and each advisor has a personal desk. The job controller dispatches work, a checksheet governs final inspection, and a gate pass allows a vehicle to leave only once its order has been settled.
Parts are received against purchase orders, put away to bins and picked in bin order, with stock held by location and maintained through transfers and counts. Parts can be issued to a service order or sold over the counter with their own invoice and returns process. Planning by movement class produces suggested orders and a shortage forecast.
Warranty claims are raised from the service order and tracked through each stage to settlement. The invoice can be split between the warranty payer and the customer, any shortfall is agreed and recorded, retained parts are tracked, and claims are submitted to the brand through the Integration Hub.
GST invoices carry HSN and SAC codes and follow a controlled number series. Advances and deposits are applied to the final invoice, credit notes are supported, bills can be split between customer and insurer, and customers can review an invoice through a secure link before paying.
Every link between a customer and a vehicle is verified and auditable. A shared brand master makes each vehicle known to every dealer in the network on a read-only basis, together with its service history, the customer’s consent and the parties involved in a leased vehicle.
Every message is sent through an outbox on the channel that the dealer has chosen, with a secure link for the customer’s reply. The platform sends service reminders, collects feedback after delivery, and automatically opens a complaint case when feedback is negative.
Dealers can run vehicle campaigns and recalls, offer coupons and menu pricing, issue free-service coupons that are redeemed at the visit, and complete pre-delivery inspections with a dedicated checklist.
Tools that work across departments for owners, general managers, accounts teams and dealer administrators.
Around 30 operational reports cover the workshop, parts and customers, including the stock ledger, parts usage, purchases by vendor, vehicle parc, missed maintenance, repeat visits, counter sales, feedback and network-level reports across dealers. Reports can be exported to CSV and Excel, while advanced business intelligence is deliberately left to your existing BI tools.
A register shows every tax rule in force together with its legal source. India GST is supported today, and each new country is added as a pack rather than as a separate version of the product.
Administrators manage users, workshops, master data, module access for each dealer, policies and number series. The AI console sets budgets for each dealer and limits for each user, and meters all usage.
Any user can suggest a change, and a change coordinator takes each request through estimation and decision. This module is licensed for each dealer group.
A new dealer can be provisioned in a single step. Support access is granted by the dealer as a read-only, audited and revocable session, and the platform is monitored with metrics for every request.
Built-in support that helps people learn the system and resolve questions without leaving it.
People learn by working inside the product, complete quizzes, and receive a certificate once their identity has been verified. An on-screen guided walkthrough is the next stage of this module.
Help explains why a rule applies, who set it and what the user can do next. Users can search for an answer, read the explanation shown when an action is refused, or ask a question. Help is included for every dealer and is never licensed separately.
On our roadmap: Sales, covering new and used vehicles and leads, and a finance roll-up to the dealer’s accounting system. Deliberately outside the product: a general ledger, payroll and vehicle sales.
Intelligence
My AI Crew provides role-aware assistance within the work itself, rather than as a separate chatbot. The governance that many platforms promise for the future is already part of CASK.
Integration
Every exchange with the brand, the dealer management system, the parts master or the complaints system is registered, authorised, governed by a contract and recorded in one place. Your teams never wait for these systems: work continues without interruption and is reconciled once a system becomes available again. As a result, bringing a dealer group live is a repeatable process rather than a bespoke project.
The infrastructure is fully defined as code, and every release is pinned and verified. The delivery pipeline re-runs all tests while it builds each release and stops if any test fails, so what we test is exactly what runs in production.
In a guided assessment on our environment, we take your scenarios from vehicle arrival to invoice, through a parts counter sale, a warranty claim and customer communications. The next step is to run the same scenarios in your own cloud.
